Founder/CEO
The man behind the idea. After many attempts to find a good place to book online a Paintball match for a bachelor party he decided to quit his job, get a team and build Outitude. In love for the web since the first days of the internet, quickly decided that he didn't want to spend his whole life just programming. A great entrepreneur and team leader with a passion for the outdoors.
Nilton Rasoilo
Founder/Designer
Designer by inspiration soon found out that web applications were his thing. After some years crafting the user experience for great web applications he listened to the Outitude concept and promptly left everything and jumped on board. From that moment on he has been the one to assure that every pixel is in place. Loves sports, drawing cats, music and play bass guitar.

Guilherme Pereira
Founder/Developer
Masters in Mobile Computing, developer by nature and problem solver. His passion for building web apps and programming in Ruby on Rails made him refuse jobs in high profile companies to join Outitude. When taking a break from coding, loves go out to play rugby and fishing.
Rafael Rosário
COO (Chief Operations Officer)
Born in Brazil. Degree in Business Administration. Entrepreneur by passion, now focuses his energies on the project Outitude. He started his professional activity in financial markets and also made some work in consultancy. The opportunity to join the team Outitude made him quickly forget any other project. His free time is devoted to movies, reading and outdoor activities.

Demis Lopes
Business Manager
Major in Architecture but his passion for the great outdoors changed his professional path and made him be the first in the Outitude draft. If you have an outdoor activities business and want to join Outitude he's the man you must talk with. Surf and basketball fanatic, he's like Sport Billy but twice as tall. Challenge him for a basketball match and he´ll most likely kick your ass.
João Gonçalves
Developer
Master Degree in Communications Networks Engineering led him to work on an old fashion IT company where his heart did not feel at home. Flew away in search for new mindsets and a place where web apps was considered the next best thing, along with outdoor activities (and gummy bears). Besides programming he loves the Japanese culture, the parkour scene, riding his bike downhill and playing his Stingray bass.
